| Exploring the Native
Americans
The
setting for this exhibit is a woodland tribe sitting next to their
wigwam. Visitors will be able to sit inside the actual wigwam and
touch authentic Native American tools.

| Pioneer Life in
Washington County
Entering
this exhibit will make visitors feel like they entered the early 1800's in
Washington County. This exhibit allows visitors to see many of the
tools that an early farming family would have used.

| Making Cheese History:
Cheese Factories of Washington County
This
is the Museum's newest exhibit! Get the chance to see the the
history of cheese making in Washington County, the importance of cheese
factories, and the impact cheese has on everyone.

| Symbols of Progress:
Rebuilding Washington County's Mechanical Past
This
exhibit, with hundreds of amazing artifacts, takes a look at the many
different businesses in Washington County. On display include
wallets from Amity, cans from West Bend Lithia, and much more.

| Heroes Remembered:
Washington County during World War II
In
this exhibit visitors will be able to observe the sights and sounds of
World War II. On display is a 1940's vintage radio playing popular
songs and news bulletins from the war.

| The Educational Room
This
room is filled with fun activities for children of all ages. Take a
look at what school life was like for pioneers, learn about artifacts and
what they are, and expand your knowledge of weird history.

| Travels of the Handbag
This
is a great exhibit that displays the wonderful world of the handbag.
Also, visitors will be able to see all sorts of fashionable ladies wear
and jewelry from the 1890's to the 1950's.

| The Michael and Howard Wolf
Collection -
Mike Wolf, from West Bend, has spent his
life collecting unique and interesting objects from America's past
wars. Shown in this exhibit is not even a half of Mike's collection
of objects ranging from the American Civil War to Desert
Storm. |
